By using ApartmentOS you agree to these terms. They cover your account, acceptable use, subscriptions, and liability.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Society administrators may manage roles and permissions within their community.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes on others' rights.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of other residents and staff.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on the cadence chosen at checkout. You may cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Service availability
We work hard to keep ApartmentOS available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. See our security overview for our operational practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
