Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting your society administrator or writing to privacy@apartmentos.app. We honor rights under GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Visitor and access logs are retained for the period configured by your society administrator.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is protected by role-based permissions and audit logging.
